You will lead high-severity incidents and provide expert-level support for infrastructure, servers, networking, and cloud services, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical expertise in infrastructure and networks.
• Strong cloud and security knowledge, including M365 and Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving and service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting and escalation management for high-severity issues.
• Root-cause analysis to identify and address underlying problems.
• Communicate with clients on escalations with clear updates and next steps.
• Provide expert-level support across servers, networking, security, and cloud services.
• Handle Tier 2/3 escalations per ITIL practices and SLAs.
• Monitor client infrastructure with RMM tools to prevent downtime.
• Bridge between solutions and service desk for smooth handovers.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and workflows.
• Suggest improvements to delivery processes and team efficiency.
