Epic IT – Managed AI - IT - Cybersecurity, based in North Perth, is seeking a highly experienced Level 3 System Administrator to resolve complex IT challenges across diverse client environments. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work with potential team leadership responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep infrastructure, network, and security expertise, plus strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams. Remote-friendly arrangements may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical expertise in server management, networks, and security configurations across Windows environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Analytical problem-solving with focus on rapid resolution and process improvements.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for high-severity technical issues and escalations.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and implement preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with clients during critical escalations and provide updates.
• Provide expert-level system administration across servers, networking, and cloud services.
• Manage Level 2/3 escalations per ITIL practices and SLAs.
• Monitor client infrastructure with RMM tools to prevent downtime.
• Document troubleshooting guides and client configurations.
• Contribute to continual service delivery improvements.
