Job summary

ASX is seeking a resilient, detail-oriented professional to strengthen operational resilience across Markets. You will help uplift resilience capabilities, develop scenario libraries and incident response playbooks, and drive CPS 230-aligned initiatives within Market Operations.

The role involves delivering enterprise resilience framework requirements, coordinating with SMEs, and supporting drills and assessments in a hybrid working environment. Background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining operational resilience capabilities for financial services operations.
• Skilled in developing scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Experience delivering business resilience initiatives aligned to CPS 230 requirements.
• Experience with supporting BCP testing, uplift requirements and remediation actions.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting on resilience.
• Understanding of risk management, including risk assessments, controls, risk monitoring and reporting.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across business, operations and technology.
• Structured and analytical approach to assessing issues and tailoring uplift activities to strengthen resilience posture.

Responsibilities

• Support the Market Operations resilience uplift strategy and execute resilience initiatives.
• Plan and execute the development of scenario libraries and incident response playbooks.
• Lead delivery of resilience framework requirements, ensuring all mandated resilience activities are completed on time.
• Support resilience priorities including fire drills, workshops and assessments.
