WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Senior Support Analyst specialized in MuleSoft integration. You will maintain, enhance and deploy integration solutions, leading technical initiatives and driving improvements across the service portfolio.

As the Senior Support Analyst- MuleSoft Integration, you will provide a range of technical services supporting, maintaining, enhancing, designing, building and deploying applications assigned to their service. The role is responsible for providing technical services across a range of applications, with a strong focus on maintaining service quality at or above agreed targets.
This role will also provide technical leadership and direction to technical specialists and system analysts, and lead the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives within technical practices such as software development and system integration, and will ensure production of documentation to enable colleagues to support, maintain and develop applications.
Key to success will be the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives and asset management plans to achieve significant reductions in the volume of problems, support and service requests raised and promote reusability of designs and implementations. Actively maintains and provides recognised expert level knowledge and advice in one or more identifiable specialisms. In addition oversees the provision of specialist advice by others and consolidates expertise from multiple sources.
Eligibility for ongoing employment with WorkSafe Victoria requires Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
