Job summary

WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a Senior Support Analyst specialized in MuleSoft integration. You will maintain, enhance and deploy integration solutions, leading technical initiatives and driving improvements across the service portfolio.

You will mentor technical specialists and system analysts, deliver robust documentation, and ensure production of high-quality support and incident resolution. A strong focus on performance tuning and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Expert MuleSoft 4.x, Anypoint Studio, DataWeave 2.0.
• Experience with CloudHub 2.0 deployment topologies and operational management.
• Proficient with complex transformations and file-based processing.
• Strong RAML/REST/SOAP/JSON/XML knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance MuleSoft integration services and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership for integration initiatives and best practices.
• Develop, deploy and document applications with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Optimize performance, availability and disaster recovery planning for integration services.
