Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Integration Application Consultant to support, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations, primarily across Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application integration and middleware support.
• Hands-on MuleSoft development and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 support for Salesforce and MuleSoft integration environments.
• Monitor integration platforms and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve interface failures, data synchronization issues, and API-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Participate in major incident management and problem management activities.
• Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLA targets.

• Develop and maintain APIs using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Configure and support Mule applications, integrations, and API gateways.

• Recommend automation opportunities to reduce manual processes.
• Support modernization, cloud transformation, and system enhancement initiatives.

Position Overview

The Integration Application Consultant is responsible for supporting, developing, and maintaining enterprise integrations primarily across the Salesforce and MuleSoft platforms. This role will ensure seamless data exchange between Salesforce and other enterprise applications, providing reliable, secure, and scalable integration services that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will provide L2 and L3 support, troubleshoot integration and application issues, develop APIs and interfaces, and collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 and L3 support for Salesforce and MuleSoft integration environments.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within the telecommunications industry is preferred but not essential.
• Candidates with strong MuleSoft and Salesforce integration experience from any industry sector are encouraged to apply.
