Job summary

Anduril Industries in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to join our team supporting defense hardware for autonomous underwater vehicles. You will own the line of balance, drive CTB reviews, and coordinate between procurement, manufacturing and engineering to keep schedules on track.

The role requires 7+ years in supply or production planning, ERP experience (Oracle or similar), and a Bachelor's degree. NV2 clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply planning, production planning, or materials management within a hardware manufacturing environment (defence/aerospace preferred).
• Experience managing line of balance and CTB with multi-level BOMs and long-lead materials.
• Strong ERP experience and ability to coordinate across procurement, production, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and manufacturing to align build requirements and feasibility to schedule.
• Own the line of balance for assigned programs and translate build requirements into supply plans.
• Drive CTB reviews and ensure materials and long-lead items are on track.
• Collaborate with procurement to mitigate supply risks with data-backed recommendations.
• Track schedule adherence metrics and perform root-cause analysis on misses.
• Maintain MRP/ERP data accuracy and align demand signals to baselines.
• Support cost engineering to optimize total cost of ownership across the lifecycle.
• Support new product introduction by developing initial supply plans from BOMs.
