Job summary

Hearing Australia seeks a People Systems Manager to lead and optimise the HR systems environment, focusing on SuccessFactors, data integrity, reporting and technology solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to enhance the people technology landscape across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors (Employee Central & core modules).
• Experience with enterprise integrations and vendor management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors.
• Act as the SME for all SuccessFactors integration design, configuration, automation, operational assurance, and release management.
• Seek process improvement on an ongoing basis.
• Work with vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.
• Maintain data integrity, compliance and security across people systems.
• Partner with HR ops, integrations, reporting and insights teams.
• Provide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting.
