Job summary

Hearing Australia is seeking a People Systems Manager to lead and optimise our HR systems environment, ensuring data integrity, reporting and technology solutions support informed decisions across the organisation. You’ll enhance our SuccessFactors platform and shape the future of our people technology landscape.

Responsibilities include governance and continuous improvement of SuccessFactors, integration design, release management and delivering workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors, Employee Central and core modules.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and project leadership.
• Proven track record of system improvements, releases and change initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms.

• On an ongoing basis, seek process improvement.
• Actively work with our vendors to manage SLAs and identify systems improvement opportunities.

• Partner with key teams to support HR operations, integrations, reporting and business insights
• Provide expert advice on HR systems and deliver people analytics, dashboards and workforce reporting

What you’ll bring

We're looking for a solutions-focused professional who can offer:

• 5 years’+ managing and enhancing a SuccessFactors HRIS environment
• Deep hands-on functional expertise and certifications in SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central and core modules
• Experience of system integration within enterprise environments as well as leading projects.
• Proven success delivering system improvements, releases and change initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageous
