• Strong ITIL process and service delivery knowledge.
• Experience with onshore-offshore global delivery.
• Familiarity with AI-driven HR innovations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations (EC and modules).
• Manage on-site client engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, integration readiness, and change readiness.
