Job summary

XPT Software, Melbourne-based, seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Functional Consultant to drive HRIS implementations and continuous improvement within an agile SaaS environment.

You will lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support, collaborating with onshore/offshore teams, stakeholders, and SMEs to deliver robust SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Implementation / Support experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Talent Management and Development.
• Extensive Data experience in SAP SF and HR IT, People Operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Module and Employee Centre.
• Moderate experience as a Human Resource business user, or another HR role.
• At least 3 implementations of SAP SuccessFactors working as a Talent Management lead functional consultant.
• Understanding of the unified SAP SuccessFactors solution and the touch points with other SF modules.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communications at all stages of the project.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts across the business to extract required knowledge.
• Analyse requirements and translate into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops and gap analyses.
• Configure and prototype SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and participate in UAT and System Integration Testing.
• Provide post go-live support and knowledge transfer.
