Job summary

Sedgman Pty Limited in Perth seeks a Senior Study Manager to lead robust studies for mineral processing projects. The role requires extensive design and project delivery experience, with at least 15 years in two or more areas including study leadership.

You will drive study planning, coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs, and maintain client relationships within a safety-focused EPC/EPCM environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or similar directly applicable qualification.
15+ years of experience in two or more areas: design, project development, project delivery, site operations/support.
5+ years’ continuous experience in a Study (or Project) Leader role.
High level written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver robust studies according to budget, schedule and client expectations.
Develop and maintain a study implementation plan and coordinate inputs from departments and external consultants.
Support business and project development through targeted technical inputs and advice.
Develop value-based business cases integrating commercial concepts with technical knowledge.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and alignment of study estimates with execution plans.
Handover studies to the next phase (engineering, projects) and maintain client relationships.
