Job summary

Ausenco Pty Ltd. in Perth is seeking a Manager, Studies to lead a high‑performing team delivering multidisciplinary mining studies. You will shape regional objectives, mentor Study Managers, manage client relationships and pursue new opportunities across base metals, gold and minerals sectors.

You will coordinate governance, ensure delivery of Concept through DFS, and align budgets, schedules and risks with client expectations while promoting continuous improvement and safety.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in mining and minerals industry, with exposure to base metals, gold and processing projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary study teams and governance of mining studies.
• Strong commercial acumen with portfolio and client relationship management.
• Experience with study delivery from concept to DFS and strong governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Study Managers and study professionals.
• Provide strategic leadership for the regional studies business and growth initiatives.
• Build and strengthen key client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Oversee delivery of Concept, Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility and DFS studies across a project portfolio.
• Ensure project controls, risk and quality standards are applied consistently.
• Allocate resources effectively and drive continuous improvement of study methodologies.
