Job summary

Macquarie University Hospital is seeking a skilled student administration professional to provide higher-level, escalated services to international and domestic students. You will handle complex queries, apply policies, and ensure timely, accurate data across student systems.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in customer service, business, business systems or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of student customer service and/or administration processes and policies.
• Experience providing specialised transactional support to students.
• Clear customer service focus and ability to work with others.
• Experience contributing to continuous service improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Time management and organisational skills with competing deadlines.
• Experience managing, analysing and reporting on data and complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide higher-level and escalated student administration, advisory and transactional services.
• Offer specialised advice and complex transactional support to international and domestic students.
• Apply knowledge of student administration policies, procedures and legislation.
• Process complex transactions across student systems accurately and timely.
• Investigate and resolve complex or specialised student queries per policies and terms.
