Job summary

UNSW is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer for the Student and Research Solutions domain to drive the design, delivery and operation of enterprise-grade integration services across the Student Sub-Domain. This senior role demands API-based integration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), ERP/CRM integrations with PeopleSoft and Dynamics 365, and mentoring of staff.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification with demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale integration.
• Experience delivering and operating enterprise-scale integration services.
• Experience integrating large ERPs (PeopleSoft) and CRMs (Dynamics 365) with cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Student Information Systems and integration standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level leadership for data and integration architecture across the Student Sub-Domain suite of services and products.
• Lead the design and delivery of highly complex, mission-critical integration solutions for the subdomain.
• Ensure integration solutions meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements.
• Develop plans to evolve legacy integrations to mature architectures and platforms.
