Job summary

Morgan Consulting in Perth is seeking a Project Lead - Structural to own delivery of major built-form projects, leading engineers and drafters, and maintaining direct client engagement from concept through construction.

You will manage budgets and programmes, coordinate with architects and contractors, mentor junior staff, and expand your leadership footprint within a collaborative, nationally active structures team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in structural engineering consultancy.
• Experience designing post-tensioned and mid-to-high-rise concrete structures.
• Hands-on ETABS experience.
• Experience leading project teams and coordinating drafters or modellers.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural teams delivering complex built form projects.
• Manage project budgets, programmes and design deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors and other consultants.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Attend client meetings and site inspections as required.
