Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead structural and multidisciplinary complex projects.
• Strong design creativity with focus on structural concepts.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading significant projects and supporting successful project bids to strengthen our structural presence in QLD.
• Lead and deliver landmark building projects across sectors including arts & culture, aviation, education, transport, civic, and life sciences.
• Promoting a culture of safety by engaging in leadership activities, such as safety walks and incident reporting.
• Assisting the Market Lead with pragmatic people management and encouraging collaboration.
• Managing resource planning and succession.
• Ensuring compliance with systems, procedures, and required training.
