Job summary

HDR is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Structural Engineer to join Melbourne's National Building Structures Team. Based in Melbourne, you will lead major structural projects, provide technical leadership and client-facing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will mentor engineers, drive delivery excellence, and contribute to growing HDR's Building Engineering Services practice across the national network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• CPEng or equivalent professional registration preferred.
• Significant consulting structural engineering experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major structural projects across building sectors.
• Provide technical leadership, design oversight and QA from concept to construction.
• Support growth of Melbourne and national structural engineering practice.
