Job summary

HDR is seeking a Structural BIM Technician/Modeller to join our National Building Structures Team in Melbourne, focusing on major data centre and mission-critical projects. You will develop high-quality structural Revit models and construction documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex buildings.

You will also contribute to BIM workflows, templates, and standards while supporting digital delivery initiatives and quality assurance across HDR projects.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years’ experience as a Structural BIM Technician/Modeller or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for structural modelling and documentation.
• Experience producing construction documentation for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural Revit models and documentation.
• Coordinate structural models with architecture and services.
• Participate in clash detection and model coordination workshops.
