Job summary

ICON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead diverse offshore and onshore projects for major oil and gas clients. You will drive brownfield and greenfield designs, supervise a small team, and deliver safe, constructible solutions from concept through to installation.

The role requires offshore facilities experience, knowledge of DNV/API/ISO/AISC codes, and proficiency with SPACE GASS; occasional offshore travel is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Eng in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in conceptual design through installation on brownfield oil and gas projects.
• Offshore site experience and ability to translate designs into safe, constructible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team on larger projects or act as the principal engineer on smaller projects.
• Oversee fabrication, construction and installation; solve complex problems with innovative design solutions.
• Ensure designs meet offshore codes and client requirements, providing clear calculations and reports.
