The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, including a Bachelor's to Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Qualifications

• Minimum 8-12 years post-graduate industry experience.
• Commercial experience in Australia or New Zealand on medium/large building structure engineering projects is essential.
• Solid consultancy experience in a client-facing role with ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery for project and structural engineering work.
• Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers.
