WSP Melbourne is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate to join our Building Structures team, leading design, delivery and multi-year projects within a collaborative, high-performing environment. This role supports a hybrid work model and offers scope to influence landmark projects across Defence, transport, commercial and high-rise sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• RPEQ qualification or near completion is expected.
• Minimum 8–12 years of post-graduate industry experience in Australia/NZ.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/ packaged projects.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality against standards and budgets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and effective stakeholder management.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with a national multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive high performance and cross-discipline project delivery.
