Job summary

WSP Building Structures seeks a senior structural engineer to lead multi-year design and delivery across turnkey projects. You will drive technical delivery, maintain client relationships and mentor junior engineers within a national team.

Ideally you bring Australian/NZ experience on mid-to-large building projects, expertise in ETABS, RAM Concept and Microstran, and a strong track record in cross-disciplinary project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Masters level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• RPEQ qualification or close to completion.
• 8–12 years post-graduate industry experience.
• Commercial experience in Australia or New Zealand on medium/large building projects.
• Proficient with ETABS, RAM Concept and Microstran.

Responsibilities

• Lead project design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with standards, budgets and schedules.
• Manage project scope, programme, budgets and quality outcomes.
