Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with RPEV registration.
• Experience delivering structural design within a consulting environment.
• Strong technical capability across building, data centre and infrastructure projects.
• Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural design and analysis across Defence, buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated engineering solutions.
• Prepare and review technical calculations, reports and documentation.
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Mentor graduate and developing engineers.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Develop expertise across complex and technically challenging projects.
