Job summary

DRA Global is seeking talented Structural Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead levels to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. You will develop detailed engineering designs and high-quality documentation, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience with design principles, adherence to codes, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment on large mineral processing projects.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, project specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, requirements and constraints.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain comprehensive records of design revisions and project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery through proactive communication and problem-solving.
