Job summary

DRA Global is seeking talented Structural Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead levels to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. You will develop detailed designs, produce high-quality documentation, and collaborate with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes from diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment for large mineral processing projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles and industry standards.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to deliver outcomes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to resolve design issues.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain records of design revisions, approvals and project documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support project delivery through proactive communication and problem-solving.

The Role

We are seeking talented Structural Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead level across all disciplines to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. As a Designer, you will play a key role in developing detailed engineering designs, producing high-quality technical documentation, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
