Job summary

DoorDash's Integrity team seeks a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to reduce fraud costs and safeguard platform integrity. You will analyze Consumers, Dashers and Merchants to identify risky behavior and lead cross-functional initiatives that protect users while enabling growth.

You’ll partner with product, engineering and analytics to design data-informed programs, lead investigations, and refine strategies that balance trust with risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience.
• Experience leading projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment.
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic approach to payments, credit and refund risks with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze user behavior to identify bad actors and improve good-user experiences.
• Influence across product, engineering and analytics to build strategic programs.
