Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, International DashPass, to solve complex problems across Australia, New Zealand, and Core DashPass. You will partner with teams spanning consumer, merchant, product, marketing, and finance, shaping the roadmap and executing initiatives that fuel growth.

You will lead data-driven experiments, assess financial impacts, and build scalable programs with teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, growth or related areas.
• Analytics experience across SQL, financial models and performance tracking.
• BA/BS degree in quantitative or business fields.

Responsibilities

• Strategize - Develop DoorDash's path to excellence in on-demand delivery and identify trends.
• Experiment - Use data to run tests on pricing and affordability programs.
• Build - Launch products and plans from the ground up.
• Analyze - Assess operational and financial impacts and iterate.
• Collaborate - Work cross-functionally to launch and scale opportunities.
