Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the ANZ International New Verticals S&O team to support Drive across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Health and Retail verticals. You will plan strategic initiatives and work with partnerships, product, engineering, finance and analytics to scale our enterprise accounts.

You’ll build models, track metrics, and run experiments to balance growth with cost and quality. This hybrid role reports to the Drive Lead, ANZ New Verticals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Ability to design strategies and translate goals into action.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision making.
• Proven problem-solving and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic and operational initiatives for ANZ New Verticals Drive.
• Own tracking dashboards and week-over-week metrics across accounts.
• Build models in Google Sheets/SQL to evaluate impact and drive decisions.
