Job summary

DoorDash in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Associate for the ANZ International New Verticals S&O team to drive strategic initiatives across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Health and Retail. You will work with partnerships, product, engineering, finance, and analytics to balance growth with costs.

You’ll plan and execute experiments, build dashboards in Google Sheets, and influence cross-functional teams to implement scalable improvements for our Merchant-owned channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytical, cross-functional roles.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Ability to design and execute strategies.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic and operational initiatives across Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with partnerships, product, engineering, finance, and analytics.
• Own tracking dashboards and week-over-week metrics.
• Design and run operational experiments to drive growth and optimize costs.
• Launch new products and processes to scale New Verticals.
