Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate on the ANZ Dasher & Logistics Strategy & Operations team to own and drive the Dasher marketplace performance, ensuring fleet health, quality, and compliant operations. You will translate data into insights, lead initiatives to improve delivery quality and cost efficiency, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic priorities for ANZ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Banking, Technology, or a related field with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans and implement processes.
• Analytical thinker who uses data to inform tough decisions at both high-level and detailed views.
• Owner mindset with focus on improving work output and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the performance of the Dasher marketplace in ANZ, ensuring health, quality and compliance of the fleet.
• Translate data into clear insights and lead operational initiatives to improve delivery quality, reduce costs and risk.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to drive alignment and execution across ANZ priorities.
• Develop data-backed action plans, diagnose root causes of underperformance, and monitor metrics.
• Design and execute experiments and projects to improve marketplace quality, onboarding efficiency, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
