Job summary

DoorDash ANZ is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations: In-Store to lead commercial accountability for our merchant technology go-to-market initiatives. You will partner with ANZ Leadership to shape long-term in-store strategy, influence roadmaps, and own analytics and financial modelling that guide regional investments.

The role sits at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and analytics, offering cross-functional ownership and the opportunity to scale in-store programs across APAC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy & operations, leadership, or senior high-growth tech role
• Proven track record owning commercial outcomes end-to-end, product launches or scaling
• Able to translate insights into action using data and frameworks

Responsibilities

• Define and own the in-store go-to-market strategy for ANZ
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, sales, marketing and analytics
• Develop long-term regional in-store strategy and merchant propositions
• Build and maintain dashboards, financial models, and frameworks to inform investment decisions
