Job summary

Sharon AI is seeking a Storage Architect to lead the storage strategy and architecture across its AI infrastructure. The role focuses on ultra-high-performance storage for GPU training, with a pathway from petabytes to exabytes, and covering warm, cold, and archival storage, including policy-driven data lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with architecture, platform, product, security, procurement, delivery and operations teams to build scalable storage architectures that meet demanding

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise storage, cloud infrastructure, or HPC architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Expert-level storage architecture knowledge and large-scale design.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end storage strategy and reference architectures across Sharon AI.
• Scale architecture from petabytes to exabyte-scale environments.
• Define storage tiers and data lifecycle policies (flash, HDD, object, archive, tape).
• Define building blocks and scalable units for cluster sizes and customer solutions.
• Act as senior technical authority for high-performance storage supporting large GPU infrastructure.
• Ensure storage architecture enables efficient GPU utilization and cost balance.
