Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Senior High-Performance Storage Architect to join the Infrastructure Specialists team in Santa Clara, CA. You will deploy, manage, and validate storage infra for AI Factory environments, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.

You will act as domain expert during planning calls, deliver documentation, and transfer knowledge to customers. A four-year degree and strong Linux, networking, and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience providing in-depth storage deployment, support, and validation for hardware and software-based storage products.
• Solid understanding of storage concepts and technologies (SDS, NFS, S3, NVMeoF, Lustre, GPFS, RDMA).
• Familiarity with storage benchmarking tools (FIO, IO500, IOR, HPL, NCCL tests, MLPerf storage).
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, performance reporting/optimization/logging, and advanced networking.
• A four-year degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and validate high-performance storage infrastructure in AI Factory Linux environments.
• Serve as domain expert during customer planning calls through implementation phases.
• Create and hand over documentation; perform knowledge transfers to customers.
• Provide feedback to internal teams by reporting bugs and suggesting improvements.
