Job description

The role is responsible for assisting the line manager in conducting market research, analyzing competitor and industry trends, monitoring sales, and evaluating corporate product and service performance.

Main Duties

• Assist line manager in conducting market research to identify gaps and opportunities within business products and services;
• Assist line manager in analyzing competitor offerings and industry trends to inform product development;
• Assist line manager in creating detailed product and service specifications and documentation;
• Assist line manager in monitoring product and service performance and making adjustments as needed;
• Produce sales dashboards, sales reports and monitor their performance;
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform future product and service development initiatives;
• Prepare presentations and reports for manager;
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

Skill/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking or other related fields;
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field;
• Knowledge of data analysis;
• Microsoft Office skills;
• Power BI, SQL and/or other reporting software;
