CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Senior SRE Manager to build and lead high-performing teams across our cloud-native security platform. You will champion reliability, scalability, and cross-functional collaboration with product, security, and operations to drive resilient services.

As a leader in remote-first environments, you will shape engineering culture, mentor staff, and partner with executives to drive strategic initiatives while delivering exceptional performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and reliability engineering principles.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
