Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to join our global AI-driven cybersecurity platform. You will monitor, scale, and sustain the health of large distributed systems, contributing to incident response and on-call rotations.

You will develop Go microservices and automation, work with AWS/GCP, IaC tools, and collaborate across product engineering and support teams to reduce toil and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure operations.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java for automation.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, OCI, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and reliability of LogScale cells.
• Respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Upgrade LogScale clusters and microservices with ring-based rollout strategies.
• Write Go microservices and automation scripts to automate workflows.
• Collaborate with product engineering and customer support to troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop monitoring with SLIs/SLOs, alerts, and dashboards.
