Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Technical Leader with strong Splunk expertise to guide account teams and customers in maximizing the Splunk Platform, including ES, UBA, and SOAR. You will drive value realization through strategicTechnical consulting, enablement workshops, and proactive health assessments.

Role requires deep SPL knowledge, data onboarding, and enterprise architecture experience, with a focus on security analytics and complex environments.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security configuration, administration, and development.
• Data management and CIM understanding, with data onboarding experience.
• Strong SPL skills; experience with correlation and risk-based alerting rules.
• Ability to work with account teams and guide customers on Splunk Platform usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical consulting for Enterprise level architecture and implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales/CS to support Area aligned customers with value realization.
• Deliver onboarding workshops and milestone-based enablement.
• Analyze customer health signals and remediation needs and act proactively.
• Engage CS/SE management to align priorities and address risk themes.
• Deliver up to 90 days of strategic case-based delivery to customers.
