Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a technical leader in driving growth and adoption of Splunk solutions for enterprise customers in Perth, Australia. You will evangelise products through onsite and virtual sessions, lead discovery calls, and build strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.

You will address complex technical inquiries, conduct workshops and PV/C demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise presales with a technical focus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and evangelise Splunk products and services through onsite and virtual sessions, webinars, and field events.
• Lead discovery calls to identify and validate opportunities, with or without your sales counterpart.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Conduct customer engagements onsite and virtually, including Proof of Value/Concept demonstrations, workshops.
• Address complex technical inquiries, provide guidance and resolve customer concerns to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer success.
• Evangelise Splunk value at user groups and events.
• Contribute to a collaborative Team environment to support customers and peers.
