As our Senior Speech Pathologist, you'll combine a rewarding paediatric caseload with opportunities to develop and support other clinicians.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality paediatric assessments and intervention
Providing individual and group clinical supervision
Mentoring junior and developing Speech Pathologists
Supporting clinical reasoning and complex case discussions
Contributing to clinical resources and service development
This is a senior clinical position rather than a people-management role. Dedicated time for supervision and mentoring will be incorporated into your weekly schedule.
We're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist who is passionate about paediatrics and enjoys helping other clinicians grow.
You'll bring:
At least four years of clinical experience, preferably predominantly in paediatrics
Demonstrated experience supervising or mentoring other Speech Pathologists
Strong clinical reasoning and paediatric assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
A recognised Speech Pathology qualification and current SPA membership with CPSP status, or eligibility
