Qualifications

• Minimum four years of paediatric clinical experience.
• Evidence of supervision or mentoring of other Speech Pathologists.
• Strong paediatric assessment and intervention skills.
• Current SPA membership with CPSP status or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality paediatric assessments and intervention.
• Providing individual and group clinical supervision.
• Mentoring junior and developing Speech Pathologists.
• Supporting clinical reasoning and complex case discussions.
• Contributing to clinical resources and service development.
