Job summary

Steps2Life Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across Western Sydney. You will manage a varied caseload and deliver evidence‑based assessments and therapy tailored to clients’ needs.

New graduates and early‑career clinicians are encouraged to apply. The role offers professional supervision, mentoring, and opportunities to develop clinical interests within a supported environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status or eligibility to obtain CPSP.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments.
• Developing individualised therapy plans and measurable client goals.
• Delivering evidence‑based speech pathology interventions.
• Supporting clients with speech, language, communication, literacy and social communication needs.
• Working with children, adolescents and/or adults depending on experience and interests.
• Preparing clinical reports, progress notes and supporting documentation.
• Collaborating with families, carers, schools and other professionals.
• Participating in multidisciplinary case discussions and care planning.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Contributing to group programs and new clinical initiatives.
• Engaging in professional development, supervision and clinical mentoring.

Steps2Life Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children, adolescents, adults and families across Western Sydney.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced clinician looking for your next opportunity or an early-career Speech Pathologist wanting the right environment to develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will work alongside a collaborative team of allied health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Psychology professionals, providing coordinated and client‑centred care.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist at Steps2Life, you will manage a varied caseload and provide evidence‑based assessment and therapy tailored to each client's individual needs and goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate and genuinely committed to achieving positive outcomes for clients.

You will ideally have:

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligibility to obtain CPSP status

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness/eligibility to obtain one

• Current Working With Children Check

• Commitment to ongoing clinical supervision and professional development

• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (Ideal but not essential)
