Little Steps Therapies is looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Rouse Hill team in a permanent, ongoing position.
This role is ideal for a confident paediatric clinician who enjoys working directly with children and families while supporting the clinical development of other Speech Pathologists.
You will manage a full paediatric clinical caseload while facilitating group supervision, mentoring developing clinicians and providing guidance on complex cases. You will also work closely with the Team Leader to assist with clinical report reviews when required.
Protected time for these senior clinical responsibilities will be built into your weekly schedule.
Preferred commencement: November - December 2026. Start date may be flexible for the right candidate.
