Job summary

Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) invites an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the CILAH team across Catholic schools in South Australia. You will apply contemporary expertise to support learning, participation and wellbeing, embedding services into classroom practices and school systems.

You will work with school leaders, educators and families to strengthen inclusive education, assess communication needs, develop supports and coach staff while supervising allied health students

Qualifications

• Holds a tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and CPSP membership.
• Extensive experience in speech pathology with evidence-informed practice.
• Ability to translate assessment findings into practical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assess students’ communication, speech, language, literacy and participation needs.
• Develop and review evidence-informed supports for students, groups and school communities.
• Build educator capability through professional learning, coaching and practical support.
• Collaborate with schools, families and colleagues to deliver coordinated services.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to allied health colleagues and students.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and evaluation.
