Essential: An appropriate degree or equivalent which gives eligibility for full membership to Speech Pathology Australia.
Desirable: Current Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia with Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN - EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years. Remuneration We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement AHP1: $$73,710 to $89,981 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) + leave loading and applicable allowances. AHP2: $94,997 - $110,052 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (12%) + leave loading and applicable allowances. In addition, employees are eligible for salary sacrificing to buy a car or a laptop (salary packaging), or to contribute to superannuation. There is a possibility of financial support of an attraction and retention allowance of up to 20% of the relevant base salary and/or relocation support in country locations for the right candidate.
