Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and CPA membership.
• Extensive professional experience and contemporary expertise in speech pathology.
• Ability to translate assessment findings into practical, evidence-informed strategies for students and educators.
• Strong communication, consultation and relationship-building skills with educators, families and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' communication, speech, language, literacy and participation needs.
• Develop and review evidence-informed supports for students, groups and school communities.
• Build educator capability through professional learning, coaching and practical support.
• Collaborate with schools, families and CILAH colleagues to deliver coordinated services.
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to allied health colleagues and university students where appropriate.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement and evaluation.
