Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Penrith team, delivering evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants across Western Sydney. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and support graduates and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice.

You will contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on substantial experience in the disability or community sector and active SPA

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians.
• Current SPA CP Membership or equivalent credential.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Penrith team, supporting a varied community-based caseload across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
