Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join the South Western Sydney team, working in Liverpool or surrounding areas. You will provide evidence-based services to NDIS participants within a multi-disciplinary framework.

The role includes supervising graduates and early-career clinicians, contributing to service improvements, and delivering care across community settings with flexible hours and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Registered Speech Pathologist with CPA/Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality services in disability/community settings.
• Experience supervising or mentoring graduates/early-career clinicians.

Responsibilities

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family. #AAA

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Liverpool or surrounding areas to join our South Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
