Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the South Western Sydney team, based in Campbelltown or surrounding areas. You will manage a varied community-based caseload, delivering evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers supervision and mentorship to graduates and early-career clinicians, with a focus on service improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (CPSPA) is required.
• Experience delivering high‑quality Speech Pathology services, ideally in disability or community sectors.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduates or early‑career clinicians.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Campbelltown or surrounding areas to join our South Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community‑based caseload.

In this role you will:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence‑based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early‑career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience
