Job summary

MMG Limited is seeking a Senior Specialist – Contractor and Supply Ops to develop and execute inventory strategies across two Australian mine sites. You will investigate material master data issues, engage suppliers to address supply problems, and work with stakeholders to reduce tail spend regionally.

The role includes SAP expertise and supporting the ongoing ERP transition, with duties at the Melbourne Head Office on a Monday–Friday roster and travel to operations as required.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Inventory control/warehouse within an asset centric environment.
• Ideally possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in inventory management / planning /purchasing/ logistics
• Knowledge of resource industry sector (or industry with high asset utilisation and maintenance) to be able to effectively analyse inventory requirements
• Highly competent in the use of SAP

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Inventory Management strategies and address supply issues for two Australian mine sites.
• Provide SAP management support to the broader Supply Chain team and contribute to ERP transition projects.
